As a birthday present, my mom drove to Fort Worth to make candles with me and my sisters last Friday. We had so much fun chiseling at the wax, centering the wicks, and pouring wax. Actually, I left the detail stuff to her perfect self. The kids enjoyed playing outside on Aunt C's playground and huge yard and wrestling with Pop.
